Applications Developer (.Net (C#) - Boston, MA
We are seeking a reliable Applications Developer with Windows Forms programming experience. The ideal candidate will have object oriented programming (OOP) experience and be familiar with N-tier architectures.
The candidate will be responsible for implementing features of the core, mission-critical system for a growing financial services company. The individual will be a significant contributor in a small team of software engineers, focused on delivering quality software in short time-cycles.
Requirements:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a team player
• 1 - 5 years experience with C# and .NET (through v4.0)
• Windows Forms Programming Experience
• Visual Studio 2010 Team System
• Object Oriented Programming Concepts (OOP)
• SQL Server 2008 and T-SQL programming
• SSRS, SSIS
• LINQ, ADO.NET
• Test Driven Development and writing Unit Tests
• Full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience working with software, hardware, data, and testing standards
The ideal candidate would also have experience or familiarity with the following concepts and technologies: Financial Services Industry, IIS 7.0, WCF and Web Services, Design Patterns / Architecture Patterns, WPF & Windows Workflow, SharePoint 2010/Microsoft CRM/ MS Office 2007-2010, SSAS, MS Access and Visual Basic.
Marketing Specialist/Editor - Boston, MA
The Marketing Specialist/Editor will complete the request for proposals as well as assist with editing and proofing written client deliverables.
The ideal candidate will have: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Economics, Finance or related discipline; a minimum of three years experience; demonstrated exceptional writing, proofreading, editing, and communication skills; preferred experience with RFPs within a financial services’ marketing department or writing/editing copy for financial services company; solid experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Marketing Coordinator/Administrator - Boston, MA
The Marketing Coordinator/Administrator will assist with marketing projects such as request for proposals, presentations, quarterly marketing updates.
The ideal candidate will have: a minimum of three years administrative experience; strong written and oral communication skills; ability to work on multiple projects and to prioritize; ability to work in a team-oriented environment as well as independently; prior experience with RFPs in an investment industry preferred; solid experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Data Analyst, Private Markets - Boston, MA
The PM Data Analyst collects, organizes, reviews, and verifies the data necessary for analysis of client’s private markets portfolios. In addition, the PM Data Analyst assists in maintaining internal research databases and contributes in the completion of special projects. The PM Data Analyst interacts regularly with custodian banks and investment management firms, in addition to other data providers.
The ideal candidate will have: strong quantitative skills; excellent attention to detail; ability to work efficiently and accurately under time pressure; skill at analyzing, evaluating, and reviewing quantitative information, with a high degree of accuracy; familiarity with investment statistics.
